+1. Regardless of how you view the video, law enforcement are trained to step aside in situations like this. The agent created the situation by placing himself directly in harms way. They are not supposed to do that.

out for a milk run. She was clearly motioning cars to go around her so she could move off of an ice patch. She motioned for the ICE truck to go around too.

Before the Hot headed ICE incel starting cursing and screaming and grabbing her locked car door. Of course the door was locked she was on hear all modern cars locked upon belng put in gear. Plus all women lock their doors.

The situation was chaotic and she didn’t need to die. Mark my words this young white mom is going to be ICE’s George Floyd achilles heal.

Maga can forgive Trump for all manner of atrocities, but will they forgive him shooting a Midwestern, pretty young mom, out for a milk run.

Point to where this woman was "resisting". She wasn't under arrest. And please explain why this officer was flagrantly violating DHS policy.

Retired ICE (HSI) Special Agent here. Retired over 10 years ago so I wasn’t a part of this current mess. A couple of thoughts:

1. Common sense 101 (and training provided at FLETC) dictates that you don’t escalate a situation. You also don’t use your body to block vehicles, reach into vehicles, or create situations that necessitate the use of deadly force. They are issued less than lethal devices that could have been deployed on her if she wasn’t cooperating. I also heard that a kid was in the car. Another no, no. Worst case scenario is you allow her to leave, follow her, attempt to pull her over and then arrest her if your intent is to charge her with obstruction.

2. There is a former Lowe’s security guard now facing life in prison for this exact scenario. He followed a shoplifter out to his vehicle, stood in front of it, and then opened fire when the guy attempted to leave.

3. At the very minimum, the facts should be presented to a grand jury and let them decide. The agent also needs to be fired.

4. Trump/Bondi/Noem have created this “do what you want” cowboy atmosphere for federal law enforcement officers. Same reason Bovino from Border Patrol runs around with a Napoleon complex. Unless of course you’re a Proud Boy or Ashlee Babbitt; then it’s ok to assault police officers (or blame the cops and charge them for protecting critical infrastructure).

He wasn't even in harms way. The woman was waving cars through. But the men in that pick up truck got out and rushed her and tried opening her door to drag her out of her vehicle. She very naturally got scared and very reasonably tried to drive away - slowly, without threatening anyone. The shooter murdered her for no reason at all. Her husband had passed away recently so now there's a 4 year old kid who's an orphan today.

I think it's incredibly important that the agent who murdered her is brought to justice. Otherwise, ICE is just a marauding gang of poorly trained thugs killing Americans for their amusement. I'm sure properly trained police and National Guard members absolutely despise the larping mall guards that are ICE today. Low IQ idiots that want to escalate everything into violence because they can get away with it. ICE are like the Nazi brownshirts in 1930s Germany. Scary times.

That’s a lie. Police kill people for not completely stopping at a stop sign. These are not police. They are immigration officials. They can not stop or arrest US citizens nor can they operate 100 miles from the border. Why haven’t the police arrest or shot ICE agents breaking the law? Minneapolis is over 300 miles from the border.
