She was not impeding or obstructing. This is clear in the video. This is murder. The ICE officer need to to be brought to justice.

Her car was diagonal in the middle of the street in front of to ICE agents cars. How is that not impeding?

She waved the first vehicle around her so I don’t think she was trying to impede them. The second vehicle stopped and ICE go out and started yelling at her.

Do you know why she was waving? You know for sure she was very politely telling the other car “oh just go on around me! Thanks!” How do you know this?

+1. Regardless of how you view the video, law enforcement are trained to step aside in situations like this. The agent created the situation by placing himself directly in harms way. They are not supposed to do that.

True. But they created the situation long before that by not simply driving around her when she waved them by, as the first vehicle did. ICE is not tasked with traffic enforcement. They had no probable cause to approach her vehicle.
