| Well the new version is much better written than the old version. I hope someone saved that old version for posterity's sake. |
Version of what? |
This. Same experience. I find it bizarre that it’s now acceptable to work from 9:30 AM - 4 PM. Sometimes I even leave at 3. |
The Department of Labor ignored multiple CBAs and ordered their staff back to the office last summer. At least one of the unions sued and as far as I know there has been no court decision yet, but the staff is back in their cubicles. |
Save your breath. This troll is well fed already. |
More than you would expect. Check BLS or DOL data, there are around 400 controllers in the US that WFH. In Europe most ATC operate remotely, sometimes hundreds of miles from their airfield. |
People who voted for Biden voted for this. Next time please send an energetic, likeable, competent candidate to the White House. |
I don’t think that’s right. From what I’ve read, their existing CBAs didn’t address telework. The union tried to get that added, but DoL refused to add it. They then went to the impasse panel, but DoL withdrew from negotiations. https://www.afge.org/globalassets/documents/dol/ncfll-fsip-letter-hon.bernie-sanders.pdf |
Are you this dumb in real life? |
Are you blaming Biden for this? lol. This is all you MAGA, go back to the office! |
This gets you on a PIP in my fed office. |
Bring on the PIP. |
So does this mean there is no CBA in effect wrt telework at DOL? |
Same. My kids are in HS. I work 9-10 hours a day and respond to emails even earlier/later since my agency allows Teams on personal phone. My commute isn’t bad. But they are getting strictly 7:30-4 once I return to the office. |
amanda scales isn’t the brightest tool in the shed. |
