Ya never know how many investigators are on the case and what might add more credibility.
if that trip can provide credible evidence/documents that show a pattern of behavior exhibited by suspect that continued in the USA and into this case.

Is mpd Maryland Police Dept? Maryland Public Defenders? Could not be that as crimes occurred in DC and suspect has own lawyer. Not sure what mpd is? Of course not talking about police dept but lawyers for family, special investigators.

Metropolitan police department--dc police force. They like all local police forces have no jurisdiction in a foreign country.

I have a question about the grand jury. Is this convened for every case of murder? I thought a grand jury was only convened if the prosecutors aren't sure there is enough evidence for a trial? Is that correct?
If so im surprised because it seems like there is plenty of evidence against wint.

Or is the grand jury being used to perhaps decide about bringing charges against others?

I would appreciate any feedback about this from those with legal knowledge. Thanks in advance!

I don't have legal knowledge but the Grand Jury can rule for additional charges and others involved???

You are wrong. A grand jury is convened for almost every felony case. The alternative is a preliminary hearing and prosecutors prefer grand juries because they have much more control. Grand juries go on every day, all day long. It is the norm.

So what ever happened to the people who were with Wint when he was arrested? Don't they have enough evidence to arrest them at least for aiding and abetting Wint, and hopefully get warrants for much more?

Why on earth are they still freely roaming the streets? I don't know if they were involved in the new case in the neighborhood but the possibility sickens me.
