So basically Sussman fudged some billing records, which as a partner, may or may not be a big deal. But he wasn't making up the Alfa Bank weirdness.
Durham is really reaching. He got Sussman fired, at least. He must be so proud of himself. Attaboy, Durham. |

This is a bit of a yawner. As I recall the whole Alfa Bank - Trump Server thing never went anywhere anyhow. But I guess that's the best that Durham could do.
Meanwhile, when are we going to have the investigation into how Barr illegally shut down the Mueller investigation? |

Hard to see how this statement meets the materiality element. FBI would want to review this evidence whether it came from a former DOJ lawyer or his client. And it seems that this defendant is being held to a very different standard than Mike Flynn was |
