Some of this might be sort of normal, but it’s way too normal for the Supreme Court.

Agree. Individually, almost everything can be explained away as a tasteless joke, or crossing the line while drunk. When you add it all up, though.

Al Franken shouldn't be a Supreme Court justice either.

And Donald Trump shouldn’t be president either, but here we are. #basta

I'm glad I was a happy drunk. I routinely got annihilated in college, but the worst thing I ever did to a girl was pee in her closet.

Ms. Dolphin was aware that members of Judge Kavanaugh’s clique were reciting that poem, according to a person familiar with her thinking. She told the football players that she found it offensive, believing it made her seem like a cheap date, and she asked them to stop."

What a bunch of entitled assholes. They're like every 80s James Spader character rolled into one.

That poem is a lot less offensive than I would have expected

Unlike the Yale alumnae, the 65 people actually KNOW the man they are talking about.

They only know him sober.

As a freshman I pledged a fraternity. On a cold, sleeting January night I went to my first pledging party. I woke up the next day, in my own vomit, on the floor of one of my female friends' dorm rooms. Apparently I tried to make it happen that night but, well, not so much.

Having a poem made about you is just bad, whatever it is. Remember, she didn't even go to the school.

And if he really was a virgin (but nonetheless a harrasser) until "many years" after college... wow. 27? 28? 29? Hilarious!

That wouldn't be that unusual for really smart people like Kavanaugh (he was really smart if he got into Yale as a non-athlete and then Yale Law)

Back in the 80s, feeder schools mattered. If Kavanaugh is super smart, he is very good at hiding it.

Keep up, moron. Front page of the NYT, one of the 65 has her name plastered across the GP yearbook with the insinuation that she slept with many boys, including our friend Brett. SHE DID NOT KNOW THIS WHEN SHE SIGNED THE LETTER, and know feels completely betrayed.

It’s like a tenth of sixty five at this point.

Sounds like liberals have already decided he's guilty:

"This boy groped me, at a party around 35 years ago, not sure where the house was exactly, and not sure when either, and there are no witnesses, and I'm not sure how I got there, and I don't know how I got home, but trust me....he did it."

OK, he's guilty! Next!

I like to think that if I were ever going through a confirmation process, I'd just filibuster the questions with stories like that.

"Thank you Mr. Senator. I can't comment on whether I think that property is a "right" because I wouldn't want to pre-judge a case. But let me tell you about the time I puked on my roommate's mother."

You’re... way behind. Perhaps it’s because you’re slow.

It's the radical feminist effort to criminalize all straight male conduct. Women with husbands, fathers, sons, brothers etc. should be slamming this down, whether it's against Democrats like Al Franken or Republicans like Trump or Kavanaugh.

I would like to state the obvious here -

What the heck was Georgetown Prep thinking by allowing the publication of misogynistic and racist drivel in the yearbook? Not only were girls' names dragged in the mud in very obvious ways, but apparently there were KKK references in there (not Brett).

I hope the administrators, teachers and parents at all these privileged Catholic Schools are paying close attention: CLEAN UP YOUR GAME.
