The response was funny. As a criminal attorney, I’m sure you are well aware this is all speculation. You are also probably aware leaks re: a sealed indictment are also illegal.

I don't see what's funny about the criminal lawyer's response. She said that if Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator (as Nixon was), that if Trump pardons whomever Mueller arrests, those pardons become obstruction of justice, a new crime committed by Trump. That seems clear and very serious. Not funny at all.

Leaks about a sealed indictment are indeed illegal, but that's a separate matter.

The dishonesty was Trump stealing the election. He has projected every single one of his wrongdoings. When he said the election was rigged, he wasn't lying.

You don’t seem to get it. Many people who know ARE NOT HIS PEOPLE. The Court is a separate branch of government. Grand jurors and defense lawyers are not federal employees at all.
