Mueller will never bring charges to democrat royalty (Clintons & Obamas). He wants to be in history books, he wants the best NY Times obit there is, so he's going to be a thorn in Trump's side by pressing the people around him. He'll get Trump to resign going after Kushner and/or Don Jr.

Funny. Mueller's been a Republican forever, but the way y'all disown Rs as RINOs when they're not Tea Party or Trumpers, I guess, means that doesn't count.

+1. Mueller was hired as special counsel, and every single member of the Senate, Dems and Republicans, went on record praising him as the best possible, most competent, fairest, most impartial choice. Paul Ryan and the House leadership said the same.

Everyone on both teams agreed on the referee. It sucks that you are down by 52 points with 90 seconds to play. But that’s what happens when you draft incompetent losers.

Blaming the Ref for your own istupid mistakes is going to get you nowhere.

The bolded? Raised eyebrows.

Senate leadership, too. Everyone has agreed that Mueller is impartial, the perfect choice.

Not everyone. And certainly not anymore, given what's been uncovered.

1. Name someone in the Senate or House Leadership who came out, week one against Mueller. We’ll wait here (for a long time). Please provide a link. Not Breitbart.

2. Tell us what has been uncovered about Mueller that has changed everyone’s mind. Again. Link your source. Not Breitbart. Or Fox News on this one.

1) Ted Cruz
2) Everyone's mind? Nothing changes everyone's mind about anything. Mueller's relationship with Comey, as well as the latest news that Mueller was in charge of the FBI during the Uranium deal.

You can go back and find links you like.

1. “Ted Cruz says Mueller Right Choice to Lead Russia Investigation”. From a real newspaper. With a link. https://www.dallasnews.com/news/donald-trump-1/2017/05/19/ted-cruz-says-mueller-right-choice-lead-russia-investigation

Want to try again? There are 99 other Senators.

2. This was all known by Ted Cruz when he enthusiastically endorsed Mueller. The uranium deal was known. And no one cared. Because nothingburger routine transaction vetted by treasury. The fact he was head of the FBI at the time? Also known. The fact Mueller and Comey overlapped at the FBI and knew each other professionally? Also known. If I am wrong on any of this, feel free to correct me. With links. To Not Breitbart.

Can't argue with stupid. No point. You win. Hillary is clean, Obama is clean - completely scandal-free! Also Weinstein. That's a huge conservative set-up as well. So much about Uranium scandal NOT known at the time that Mueller knew. So why limit to the first week? Because you know damn well that things have changed:

http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/338173-cruz-warns-mueller-against-abusing-power-in-russia-probe

Hint: You hate Breitbart, Bannon, Hannity, Limbaugh, Cruz for a reason. They have done more to expose the corrupt Dems than anyone else out there. No link I provide for you will be acceptable. In the end, they will matter. If you think we aren't coming for you, we are. Will liberalism probably win? Yes. But they will have to clamp down really hard on the American people {and shock millions in the process). Enjoy the cesspool you will have created.

Those were some very intriguing remarks.

One has to wonder why there’s so much effort at this time to discredit a candidate that didn’t win and a party that has no power.

It’s almost as if, a year later, they’re launching the game plan they would have run after she won.

But they didn’t have to, because Trump won. And Republicans control all three branches of government. And that government has PLENTY of issues that need to be addressed.

So why pull all this stuff out now?

I remember when Obama slipped on camera and said "my M*slim faith". Guess that makes him a M*slim....

Is 'M*slim' a bad word in your world?

Jeff has actually blocked my IP from using the word. I kid you not.

You are getting worked up and then tomorrow you'll go the other way and start saying "nothingburger" again. This is knight takes pawn. But the game is still chess.

But Trump might dump the board by trying to issue pardons, fire Mueller, or even change the regulation that authorizes the investigation. Trump is no chess player.

Yeah, that'll look good in the history books

Hilarious response. Liberalism at it's finest: How do I look to others. LOL.

Mueller is the liberals' best friend right now, since they think he's going to get rid of Trump. (Will never happen.) Remember this when he starts uncovering more of the Clinton corruption. Then all we'll hear is how awful he is.

Like Comey. Libs loved him. Then hated him. Then loved him again.

I care about my wealth. Indeed so. I don't care what liberals think of me. It's just fun to expose you idiots. Keep talking - PLEASE!

Seriously.

Also, M*slim. It’s a religion. Not a swear word.

Tell that to Jeff, who blocks people from using the word if they dare to criticize radical Isl*m (which he's also blocked as well - I LITERALLY get a forbidden notice!)

Often times, the leaks are coming from the defense counsel, in this case, to give a heads up to other potential defendants to get their things in order (or flee) or whatever.

Don't assume it is coming from the prosecution and thus illegal.

Just like the perfectly legal "wiretapp" of Trump Tower..

How do you know this? And why would they be there tonight? What time does the FBI usually move in to make a surprise arrest? 4:30 a.m.? 5 a.m.? Usually the perps are up and ready for them, dressed in their perp walk suits.

This is why we need to keep the 2nd alive. I feel badly for the children of these individuals.

not a lawyer but...that means he can't pardon the other conspirators, right?

It’s a bad idea. Terrible really. Worse than firing Mueller. Possibly obstruction of justice. But he probably could, technically. Because he hasn’t been convicted. It’s weird territory. For sure.

The big deal here is that it would mean that Meuller has found evidence sufficient to indict Trump on something, but he can’t while Trump is in office, because a sitting POTUS cannot be indicted. It is the big red arrow pointing at Trump saying “this guy committed this specific crime with these people, so it’s time to impeach him”. Nixon resigned about six weeks after it became public that he was an unindicted co-conspirator.

Who do you all follow on Twitter that has good intel (i.e., has actually been right about something in the past)?

A bunch of alt-Federal accounts. Which do a surprisingly good job of tapping into the Feds (the deep state in action, ladies and gentlemen. I said I’d bring bagels to the next deep state meeting right?). But this looks like pure, unadulterated, wouldn’t it be great if speculation. Hence the use of the word rumor. Although I think this also popped up on News and Guts today.

I do believe there's a dishonest effort to get Trump removed. It's pretty clear now. That's the really bad part if he IS removed. This is all pretty banana republic, from the media being in bed with the Dems, etc. We put Catalonia/Spain to shame!

Trympskyite/Russbots -- your syntax is revealing.

You got me! I'm a Russian Jew who's family immigrated here in the early 1900s, escaping from the murderous Cossacks!

I believe this to be true. It's not about democratic royalty though. It's more about $$$

Which is why he left a multimillion dollar big law partnership to be a fed? Really?

Nearly all of the lawyers on the Mueller team left multimillion dollar law jobs to work with him. They have integrity, as Mueller does. Money doesn't mean as much to them as doing the right thing.

Mueller, don't forget, is a Republican. He'd love to get any Democrats who are guilty of criminal acts.

So are Boehner, McCain and Ryan. Means crap.

Money, power, and fame make people do really bad things, right?

He was the guy who brought down Enron.
The former head of the FBI
Probably one of the highest paid attorneys in DC

He had money. He had fame (among people who pay attention anyway). He had power. And he is going out of his way to be as low profile as humanly possible. He gives no comments. He never speaks to the press. He never leaks. (Thank God) he never tweets. He never gives interviews. No one ever seems to snap a photo of him eating dinner in Georgetown with his wife, FFS.

He never leaks? BWAAHHAHHAAA. Then CNN is lying.

Or a grand juror leaked. Or Courthouse staff. Or a Judge. Or defense attorneys who were notified. Or a target, who was notified. The list of non DOJ folks who knew is lengthy.

And Mueller is ultimately responsible. I don't see much fury from him about those leaks publicly. Do you?

No. Mueller is not responsible if a Judge’s law clerk leaks. Or the Clerk of Court leaks. Or a defense attorney leaks. And you don’t see public fury from him. Because you never hear anything from him. Because he is a grownup and a professional. Which means he is quietly trying to find the leak. And doing his job well in as low profile a way as possible. IYou may think it is normal for leaders to have a twitter meltdowns and scream at people to DO SOMETHING! In fact, it is not.

Why can't he control his people?

You don’t seem to get it. Many people who know ARE NOT HIS PEOPLE. The Court is a separate branch of government. Grand jurors and defense lawyers are not federal employees at all.

Yet it went to CNN. So we know it was a dirty liberal at the very least. If you think some random juror or lawyer would call CNN and they would simply believe it? Wait....this IS CNN after all....

Hope you're right. Mueller is someone I don't trust much. I agree with Cruz, that the potential for him to go off the rails is pretty high. Especially if he knew about the Uranium deal. The only saving grace is that the other intelligences did NOT know at the time they signed off on it and that very well could piss Mueller off.
