I don't see what's funny about the criminal lawyer's response. She said that if Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator (as Nixon was), that if Trump pardons whomever Mueller arrests, those pardons become obstruction of justice, a new crime committed by Trump. That seems clear and very serious. Not funny at all.

Leaks about a sealed indictment are indeed illegal, but that's a separate matter. [/quote]
