The sorority girl daughter of a ruthless insurance executive who kisses Trump’s ass & a childless shrew who’s accomplished nothing in congress. What a compelling ticket.

Yep, every ad will have Whitmer standing in the Oval Office with the notebook in front of her face, and AOC practically a stripper in a bar.

Worse, though, is Newsom. I've already seen an ad with him saying how fine everything is with LA burning behind him.

Dems need someone new and exciting, and sensible. Someone the echo chamber here at DCUM will hate.

Mark Kelly?

Kelly is sensible but not exciting.

In case you can’t tell Americans crave theatrics. Congress is one big grown adult improv show lately. Think about why Crockett and MTG are well known, it’s because they give us a show.

Chris Murphy is trying hard to get national recognition to run. Boring, no chops.

IDK my 19yo said he’d vote for him or AOC. He didn’t vote in last election he was a disillusioned. Murphy had been consistent all along. Besides, boring is relative. Boring would be magical rn.

Raimondo appears interesting.

So Tulsi Gabbard wants to be President? The Republican clown car just keeps coughing up winners.

Newsom’s chances have gone up in flames, literally. The memes would be brutal.

Depends on how the LA protests pan out.

Nah. Newsom has so much baggage.
The homelessness issue that he vowed to fix - but has only gotten worse. The budget that was at a surplus and now is at a huge deficit.
The fires. I could go on....
And, then there is this...

He has become a laughing stock. The only one that doesn't realize this is Newsom.

Everyone would vote for Newsom but he is too moderate for me. I want vengeances and maga tears. I want maga United Auto Workers Union unemployment. Let the cheap Chinese cars in with no tariffs. Save everyone 20-30k on a new car. Keep the Medicaid cuts and depopulated rural areas.

Californian here. Card-carrying member of the Democratic Party.

Everybody finds Newsom either a) incompetent b) inauthentic c) beholden to San Fran special interests.

Just not happening, but if it makes you if you still want to bet on that horse then go ahead and line the pockets of Newsom's political strategists and pollsters.

I don’t believe you’re a Californian. We don’t say San Fran.

Crockett is nowhere near MTG. Crocket is a lawyer and accomplished young woman who can string together a coherent argument. MTG is a fuxing joke.

Astronauts are incredibly dependable and boring. There is enough risk without injecting more through the astronaut.

Why are people so against Butigieg? Is it the gay thing?
Can he just not mention it ever and just let the other side mention it and that way people will know but only because of the bigotry of the other side.

Because he’s short and a dork. Americans don’t want that. They want a tall alpha.

At the end of the day we are all slightly evolved apes. People want an alpha to lead the pack. Don’t overthink it.
