So JLo snuck in the gun that Combs used to shoot someone in a night club. I’m thinking this may be why Ben and JLo split or make it look like they split (since they were hugging and kissing at kids dinner). Ben doesn’t want to be part of this circus.

I thought this and posted several weeks ago that I thought the divorce was announced right after the Sean Combs video from hotel w/ Cassie. I think divorce is a way to protect their kids from potential fall out, as well as preserve their assets if one or both of them get dragged into this mess.

I don't think there is a possibility of current criminal charges involving Lopez. But there could be embarrassing photo, video and communications involving her during his trial. She might also be called as a witness. She has to be wondering what might come out.
