Did your 9 year old watch Stranger Things?

No, absolutely not appropriate.

It’s literally not for kids. No way.

Nope!!

We watched it during the pandemic so mine was probably 8 or so. He was never scared by it but he doesn't tend to get easily scared. Even as a little kid. It really depends on the kid.

As for Stranger Things, her ENTIRE class was watching it and discussing it everyday so I wanted her to be able to participate. My mom was a teacher for 40 years (elementary and high school) and always made sure we were up to speed on what was "in" or current with our peers. She is gone now but am so grateful she did that and am doing same with my kids.

Pretty sure the ENTIRE class was not.

You are responding to me. They were. She is in a small private school with small class sizes. All 13 were watching it and would actually watch it online together sometimes. Sorry kid's your class has 35 kids in it.

Sorry your daughter’s entire class is filled with kids whose parents have terrible judgment about what’s appropriate to watch for that age!
