If you are stocking up in late Dec 2020, what are you buying and what are you unable to find?

Is anyone else having trouble finding paper towels other than Bounty? I always buy store or inexpensive brands and I still have trouble finding it week after week. I'm not a Costco member or I'd buy that.

Random things have been out of stock, like crispy taco shellls. Nothing wei can't do without, though.
