Fifty something female who feels as though I’ve missed out

This is what I would tell any woman in her early 20s.
1) Date extensively after 20. If someone asks you out for a cup of coffee and if you can be safe, go for it.
2) Go for the good guys. They may be slightly awkward but see how they treat you and others and base your evaluation of them on that.
3) Man cannot be the plan. You need to be able to earn your own money enough that you can have the following things while being single - home, kids, nanny, insurance, college fund and retirement. Get your education and career covered.
4) Freeze your eggs if you are not finding any suitable person.
5) Men show you who they are. Please believe them.
6) Treat dating as seriously as a job hunt.
7) You do not want a man who is cheating, has addiction, plays games and does not have a career path.
