Do you know how much you are missing out on? If you can't listen to someone who doesn't have a perfect delivery, whatever "perfect" means to you. That is truly sad because it's so limiting.

One of my most brilliant young lawyers does this. It's frustrating and we're working on it because it will affect her in other jobs and she is too smart to be held back by it. I acknowledge it will likely happen other places but am VERY glad we hired her.
