It is worth noting that Virginia is having testing problems. They have (at least) a 13,000 test backlog stuck in the labs, such that an accurate read of the situation in Virginia is difficult using the currently published data.

Where are you located? It would be helpful for his discussion if you noted your county/state, because otherwise I have no idea if you’re two localities away (very relevant to our expectations) or several states away (far less relevant to our expectations). |

| Clubs- we are only day one of being back on the pitch. Parents are posting pictures on social media that show parents huddling around talking on sidelines and kids doing the same on field. If your club is emailing guidelines and having waivers signed, it’s a smart idea to practice what you preach ON THE FIRST DAY. Parents are going to report clubs. |
Report to whom? For what violation of law? With the expectation of what consequence? I am not condoning the underlying behavior, but I think you are in the wrong time and place of you think this kind of thing works. Or should work. |

I guess you could report to the field owner. I suspect if you are issued a permit to use the field you are obligated to follow the rules the permit holder establishes. |
