HRC's feud with Tulsi goes back to 2016. HRC partly blamed Bernie Bros for her loss in 2016. Tulsi was the vice chair of DNC. Debbie Wasserman Schultz was the chair during the primary. Tulsi was vocal about Debbie's handling of Bernie and quit her job at DNC to endorse Bernie.

Speaking of spoilers, Clinton spoiled Biden’s chance of winning the presidency in 2016. If anyone is the rightful 45th President, it is Biden. If Hillary hadn’t muscled him out if the way, we would have been spared Trump and gave a continuation of Obama. Four years later, it is too late for Biden.
