Can't lose the last 5 lbs. Help!

OP, try walking with weights (big backpack full of groceries counts). One hour a day, three weeks.

I think OP's entire problem is that she wanted to lose too much too fast. I'm the same stats - 5'5", 130, and prefer to be closer to 125. For me, I eat 1500-1600 calories a day and lose about a 1/2 lb. a week. So it will take a few months to drop 4 lbs., but I think my way is better because I don't feel deprived and I'm trying to focus on retraining my eating (portion sizes, snacking, extras) so that I can maintain the weight once I get there. I'm heading into menopause, so I think its especially important that I do this because otherwise the weight will keep creeping up as the years go on.
