I don't think they are ever on the portal. At least I've never seen my child's for previous years.

They won't be in the portal unless a teacher manually inputs the score in the portal. One of my kids' 7th grade teachers put the previous year's score in the portal within the class section. If a teacher does that, it will be either in the English grade or math grade for the class.
