fake and unpersuasive tough talk. the prosecution and FH were not far away from agreed punishment.

FH's defense and I assure, Huffman herself, were adamant about no jail time.

I assure you this is just the worse thing that could happen to poor, little her.

And considering 90% of DCUM thought she wouldn't get jail time at all - sweet, sweet justice.

14 days is nothing. She will barely have time to in process, and will likely stay in whatever the local version of the county jail is for the duration and will probably be released a few days early for lack of space. This is not a terrible sentence at all.

It's a lot worse than no jail time. County jail, being processed - both of those are gonna rock her world.

I don't think she's that delicate of a flower. She'll be fine.

LOL A) She's a Hollywood actress - they're all delicate flowers (though I think Angelina would punch someone's lights out and keep walking) and B) She's being sentenced by federal prosecutors and as such - goes to federal prison.

Cops & jailers are assholes to celebrity types (unless it's a rapper or sports start). B-list actress is in for a very unpleasant stay.

If she knew she'd be fine , why did her legal team pursue the no jail time route ? She'll be coming out of federal prison as a convicted felon. Furthermore , it's quite possible that her acting career which wasn't exactly stratospheric is done. Moving forward , to say she's a liability is a gross understatement.

Who wants to go to jail?! And this is not some b-list actress. She has numerous awards and has been nominated for an Oscar more than once. She has shows that are on tv now. Now Lori, yeah she is a b-list actress.

Felicity's special on Netflix (When They See Us) is nominated for more than 10 enemies. I'm willing to bet the Netflix production team has not only uninvited her from the red carpet stroll but also the awards ceremony stage as well. She's got a starring role to boot.

Her career is dead.

Proof ?

Lots of Hollywood celebs go to jail and come back bigger and better and a ton of curious and renewed fan base.
Martha Stewart, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Downey Jr, etc.

Stewart owned her name and her multi-million dollar company. Hilton fell back on her equally wealthy family support. Downey Jr was down and out for two decades thanks to substance abuse (women aren’t afforded that luxury).

Lohan is mid-substance abuse spiral as Downey was, has no professional job, and is yachting in the Emirates (confirmed) for the past few years.

Yeah, she’s going to be miserable in addition to being a convicted felon. Even something as simple as traveling will be more difficult now.

In 2017, she told Katie Couric: 'It was horrifying, and no one - no one - should have to go through that kind of indignity, really, except for murderers, and there are a few other categories.'

Stewart was asked if prison time was a 'growth experience.'

'That you can make lemons out of lemonade? What hurts you makes you stronger? No,' she said.

'None of those adages fit at all. It’s a horrible experience. Nothing is good about it, nothing.'

Lol what a basket case you are. Martha Stewart doesn't even own her namesake company which was sold at a price valuation significantly lower than what it once was. Lindsey Logan and Paris Hilton ??? Are you serious ? Loool

Lindsey Lohan will never starve; she is pre 360 deal so she will have royalty checks, dividends from investments , etc for the rest of her life

Vic

What is pre360? She has addiction issues and makes bad investments ( e.g. beach club in Mykonos)
