Second, obviously the girls got caught and blamed the boys, saying they all just showed up uninvited and what could we do? So they threw the boys under the bus once and are ready to do it again if trouble happens -- don't let it be your kid next time.

It wasn’t us daddy.

So you think it’s more likely a 13 year old girl threw heavy patio furniture into the pool than a teenage boy?

Because I have a bridge to sell you.

You missed the point. The party throwing girls claimed to parents that they didn't have a party, it occurred accidentally, and blamed the boys FOR THE PARTY. The main point of the thread has nothing to do with the patio furniture.

Hell no! This is a Brett Kavanaugh situation waiting to happen!

They need to deal with their kids and if its damaged its on their kids. No, I would not let my middle school kid go to a house with a pool, alcohol and no supervision. That is asking for trouble.

OPs kid is a high school sophomore (15)

These girls are 7th graders (just out of elementary school if it is fcps).

Even with consent he’s heading for a rape charge. Never allow your son to be in that situation. Stupid.

the OPs kid is only 14 and for all we know the girls could be almost 14 so not much of age difference. But they are all too young to be left unsupervised with alcohol and drugs poisoning. OP no way would I let my child go and I would message back the father he would be liable if any of the kids got hurt and they better shut down any parties when adults are not home.
