This sounds really mean.....but you essentially have to wait for a lot of people to die. And we're living longer these days. There are many homes that are owed by widows and widowers. |

I would guess $715k. It is larger than most in Calvert Hills and nicely done. There has been nothing there this year. |

So houses in College Heights Estates on lots twice the size of those in UP with 2 more bedrooms than the average UP house sell for $1.1 million. Apparently, it's only a few people posting here who believe that CHE house was just like the $500-$600K houses in UP.
