Seriously? I don’t even wamt to hear your basis for this statement. In any case, tryout are over and offers accepted so please let this thread die. |
| Tyrouts for 7th and 8th grade are over for this summer. But that doesn't give the full picture to answer the OPs question. You're awfully focused on the 23s, aren't you? Disappointed? |
I live in Baltimore, so have no skin in this game. My daughter is a 23 who plays for one of the well-established Baltimore clubs. Thankfully the parents of kids on her club aren’t so crazy. |
|
Rebels parents are the worst.
Stars, MC, and Pride are the best options in this area. But I am gonnna move mine to a better Baltimore team |
More like the weakest didn't. |
| Congratulations to McElite midnight 2022 and M&D Black 2022 on making it to the semis of the midatlantic club championship yesterday. And to monster for finishing as 2022 Champions. Teams like hero’s green, skywalker blue, steps and yellowjackets did not advance, great tournament did not see stars Blue. Tourney machine shows McElite beat skywalker blue 9-4 one of the 4 teams that beat stars last weekend. |
Last two times Stars blue played MC Elite they beat them decisively (NGLL this year and at Summer Gensis). MC Elite has never beat Stars blue when Stars is at full strength (not missing several team members). Most of the top MC Elite players will be trying out for Capital in August. Will be interesting to see who makes it. |
How pathetic to post this here -- insecure much? |
| STARs is great, except the parents are insecure wannabes |
Wannabee whats? Stars families tend to be white, UMC solid-professional types who went to great colleges and come from similar backgrounds. Most of them send their kids to private school, live in homes worth well over $1 million and go on fabulous vacations. What exactly is it you think these people wannabee? They are all pretty much already living the good life. |
| None of the parents actually played a sport in college or high school |
This thread, it's pathetic. |
And why did you feel the need to add "white" to your description? Trumpkins? |
| No dummy, PP was making a point about privilege. |
| Why would it matter is the players’ PARENTS played a college sport? That is quite obviously of no relevance |
