I don't know what school system you are in, but the Post has been doing great journalism on this phenomenon. Both the linked article and one about two months ago about Langley Park.

How many of those are school-aged?
Which neighborhoods?
Which schools?

Exactly what? The middle school featured in this article is clearly not reporting gang related incidents but the teachers and students say it’s a problem. Do you not believe them? If it’s being swept under the rug at this school you’d better believe it’s gapoening elsewhere as well. No school wants to be associated with gang violence.

There is no confusion. If these kids are citizens, they are the children of illegal immigrants. Wouldn't have been an issue if they had been prevented from entering the US illegally, removed before getting pregnant (which they do very quickly, and for good reason). Stop playing stupid.
