Flying the American flag in front of your home. Tacky? A little or a lot?

OP wins for dumbest and most offensive thread of the year.

Because some conservatives lovvvvve to act like they've cornered the market on being loyal and patriotic to this nation. As if they are the "real" America. As if they own "family values."

That's why.

In this thread it's because the right-wing OP is troll-posting about being liberal and worrying "about what people would think of us if we had a flag. Like they would assume we were right wing, or worse."

So there are a bunch of people identifying as liberals and calling OP out on the bullcrap. And it is bullcrap, regardless of whether OP were sincere.

As it is, OP was trying to stereotype liberals as whiners by impersonating someone acting the was he would mock them for acting.

Mine is out for Memorial Day through the 4th of July. Nothing tacky about our flag.

We do allow flags but honestly the only guy flying one is this crazy old geezer who I hope goes away one day.

Put out a political sign it’s gone by morning.
Love love love our management company.
They do a drive thru each day on their way home.

If you have some out in violation it’s removed immediately.
No warnings, no letters, just trashed immediately.

Love love love it.

You do know that your HOA isn’t allowing American flags to be nice. They HAVE to per federal (and probably your state) law. But sounds like a lovely place to live stripped of any individuality.
