Does your 6-8 year old athletic boy wear tank tops?

Anonymous
No. Never (except basketball uniform in games).

My parents used to always think it was 'redneck' for kids to be in tank tops---well adults too. The ribbed with tank tops for men were always called 'wife beaters' growing up.

Now with active wear most adults are in them, but not regular clothes. Yuck.

I grew up in a super hot country, the rule was to cover your arms in soft cotton so you don't get burned. Actually, if you look at super hot countries they protect their heads, arms etc with soft cotton voile to avoid heat and sun damage. I am a little surprised that we are trying to do the opposite here.

It's as trashy as wearing yoga outfits when you aren't doing yoga.

Dude. That’s a serious gauntlet you just threw.

Say no to boys' tank tops.

Wait you had a pre-pubescent teen who was self conscious about how muscular he was and wouldn't wear tank tops? I hope you've budgeted some money for therapy because that is nuts.

+1... this seems really crazy to me!
