Taylor markets herself well.

She loves to stir the proverbial pot, then write songs about people that her fans love to guess who she is referring to.

Example -> She says another pop star basically backstabbed her, then pretended to still be her friend.
Who doesn't love scandal????!!

Then she comes out w/a song supposedly dissing said pop star & her album sells.

In the meantime people love wondering to themselves what will happen next??

Will Taylor ever reveal the identity of rival pop star?
Will rival pop star ever release a rebuttal song back??

And then there's her exes that she disses.....

Tay Tay is not exceptionally beautiful or has a very good singing voice, but she slays as a hugely talented songwriter & pop culture icon.

I think she is talented. Tie that with a great marketing brand and the facypt she st least gives the appearance of caring about her fans.
