House in Mantua, why hasn't it sold?

But that house is actually quite close to the oil spill section of the neighborhood. Granted, it does not appear that the house was ever owned by Texaco, so it was not located on the plume.

It is bizarre to me that prices in this neighborhood are not much much cheaper. There is nothing special about its 1960s style tract homes that you can't find elsewhere in the suburbs without a side of gasoline with your garden veggies.

Problem is, there is only so much that has to be disclosed in regard to that spill. As far as the companies are concerned, the problem is "solved". Even though its not.
