| Ugly and far out. |
| It was listed through the spring with only exterior pictures. The price was okay for the neighborhood then, if I'm remembering correctly. I have to assume something was wrong with the interior then If they wouldn't show it. Looks like they updated kitchens and baths now. I think it's a bit overpriced now. |
| The kitchen cabinets look dated...which is made worse by the fact that they put them in the bathrooms too. |
| Costs too much. |
Bad news. Oil spill. |
| The ground was contaminated with petrol from those gas tank reservoirs on Pickett st. or allegedly. There was some lawsuit about it years ago. Google it. |

Boy, do I miss City Paper. A little bit a truthfulness here, OP:

| Interesting the lengths a neighborhood will go to to try to protect its sullied reputation. |
its way over priced, you can buy the same sqft within the same zipcode for 700k, why would i pay 830k+ for this home? |
My gut is telling me that it's because no-one has bought it yet. |
Wow. |
Mantua gets a premium over other neighborhoods in the zip code, primarily because of the elementary school. The house may still be a bit overpriced, but it will go for significantly more than $700k. |

This article is interesting, also:

No, elementary school does not make a 50-100k difference in price tag |
It's a pretty neighborhood. Very much sought after if the house is priced right and the Condition is good. The oil spill affected a small portion of the neighborhood over 20 years ago. No big deal. |
