The hard evidence shows that an IT staffer was arrested for bank fraud. Accusations that he was behind the stolen DNC emails, passed information to the ISI, that DWS and Clinton were involved, or that someone from DWS's office was sophisticated enough to use a voice modulator but too stupid to consider caller id is fuzzy.

Is there any evidence that DWS did anything illegal?

Remember that is the bar we use these days - anything less is a "nothingburger"

Circumstantial evidence, guilt by association (even with a direct employee), meetings, etc are all elements of a "witch hunt".

Ever hear the story about the boy who cried wolf?

Are you both saying the guy was not arrested? That he was not working for the DNC/DWS? That there was no equipment of his in Capitol Police possession?

Just trying to understand.

I am saying that anytime the left gets caught doing the sleazy things they do, their fans screech "fake news!" in an attempt to deflect.

I'm the PP, fully agree. FULLY!

I hate to break this to you folks, but a single IT staffer is not "the left". But, if you want to play that game, there are plenty of individuals that we can use to represent "the right".

He rented his house to two military people who recognized the equipment in this garage as being government property and turned it in.

I know how badly you want to deflect and pretend there is nothing there, despite confiscated equipment, bank fraud, an arrest, and DWS placing herself square in the middle of it. Enjoy!

And Al Capone went down in the end for tax evasion even though he knowingly had dozens of people murdered.

In this case, there is hard evidence in police custody given to them by two married members of the military, along with a laptop found in a crevice that DWS desperately wants back. There is also an arrest. This is much more than the whirlwind speculation on the left re: Trump.

Now you can keep up with your 'witch hunt' and we will keep up with ours.

The equipment was smashed hard drives. Are you aware of the disposal methods of government hard drives? Smashing is one method. After they are smashed, there are not hard guidelines about what should happen with them.

Okay, there is pretty good evidence that Capone did a lot more than commit tax evasion. Where is your evidence for the fuzzy allegations I listed above? Do you have anything beyond speculation?

Jeff is being an apologist for the rigged nomination of Clinton. The smashed govt computers and blackberries are the first real evidence found by the FBI that could possibly link the DNC "Russian hack" nothingburger being pushed to expose Trump as a possible impeachment. Lets see how it is played out and we all know Awan is being pressured to turn states witness. Clinton won't go down, but DWS could.

Wow, that is a huge leap. Do you know the meaning of the word "evidence"? You don't even know what is on the hard drives and you are already putting DWS in jail? The only "evidence" suggests that DWS is a victim of this guy.

It's nice that you have found a shiny object to distract from Trump's ineptness. But, don't act like you have more than you really do.

Love to see the Ping Pongers are still at it. Please don't shoot anyone.

Y'all need some perspective. If she wants a laptop back, it's not because it will help her hide anything. Surely the government has copied the hard drive by now.

One thing for sure: DWS kept this guy on the payroll for months after the suspicions were raised. I think I first read about this in February. Pretty sure that the other Dems involved (and there were a lot who employed these guys) had long ago removed them from their payrolls. It is also odd that one family of IT specialists was hired by so many Dems and that they appeared to have been earning salaries above the norm.

If these were such good American citizens as to be employed on the Hill--why are they all taking off for Pakistan?

I'd be interested to know what level of security clearances they had.
