Why the judgement, op? You do you and let them do them.

are you kidding me OP! Not everyone can or should offer to be a marrow donor--you sound like an attention whore to even do such a thing.

*Not you PP, but OP. I agree with poster saying OP is judging. Her motives for doing this don't sound so genuine--

Also, bone marrow donation is not a simple procedure like donating blood. It's done under general anesthesia. It's ok to decline that risk for a stranger.

What you should do is organize something for their family. You need to find out what they need specifically, then also do some research to figure out ways to help that she may not have thought of. Then send out a sign up sheet to those who work with her, and those who know her.
See the bold. Not everyone feels the need to make sure that the whole group knows how generous and wonderful they are.

Jesus Christ came to earth as God in the flesh, to give us access to God the Father through faith in Him. Once we do that, we have forgiveness for our sins and every blessing in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 1). But not only that, Christ and the Holy Spirit -- God HIMSELF -- pray for us, because we don't know how to pray as we ought to (Romans 8:26). Imagine that, having God pray for you! Come to Christ and see how effective prayer is.

Don't offer, just do. Bring a meal. Invite their children to go to the park with yours and pick them up, go sit with her in the hospital. Most people turn down offers as insincere.
