Well. Since they can cross the border and not always get caught , he could have gone somewhere else in the USA. Since they can register for school with little or no information he could be in HS anywhere but Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. The last one he'd have to go through Canada unless on a boat. Hawaii is a flight and Puerto Rico? Usually a flight.

You are talking about two of the most competent and skilled criminal defense attorneys in Maryland. But because they are defending someone of Hispanic heritage the attorney(s) are "scummy and sleazy". Then why would it matter if there were 'compromising texts'?? The 18 year old (who was probabaly older) was an adult. Does he have separate rules that apply to him where he is allowed to have sex with kids as he pleases and it's always consensual?

If they are within 4 years, it is consensual if she agreed to the sex.

Shouldn't the prosecution seek evidence of their actual ages? The dad of one is in custody, can't they make him produce a birth certificate or something?

I suspect the men are more like 19 and 20 if not older. In that case, both are least guilt of statutory rape. Open and shut.
