Any normal DCUM poster would be appalled at hearing that a mother had lost custody of her kids, gone to rehab, remarried AND had another baby with new spouse in the span of 2 years (especially considering she was in rehab for a part of that). Everyone seems intent on placing all of the blame on Kane, but you can't blame him for someone else's addiction! And we all know how difficult it is for mothers to lose custody in the eyes of the court so you can't really blame that on him either. I agree he seems like a jerk, but the facts speak for themselves. It seems like she lost her kids and set out to create a new family as quickly as possible so, yes, I am completely judging her for that. Also not understanding why she's even bringing up the divorce and any residual issues on her blog and social med if she's truly trying to move past it. Glad to see the girls have access to both parents now though.

You literally know nothing about what really happened.
How much hearsay are you gonna believe just because it has been said here?

Umm not sure why you're so defensive about her, but court records don't lie. Not sure how people can misunderstand her being ordered to rehab (court record) and losing custody. I don't think that's hearsay.

Also, we wouldn't be discussing this at all if she hadn't BROUGHT IT UP HERSELF in her blog.

Where is the proof of it being court record? Please provide the public record if it’s not hearsay.

The docket number is all that’s available now and the parties involved. The outcome and the rehab was available however, it was ordered to be sealed due to the fact that it sited minors (their children) so it’s not available anymore.

Because I know what it’s like to make the decision to stand up and say what he did to you was wrong. To say NO, you can’t put your hands on me. I know what it’s like to have it be decided that there “isn’t enough evidence to corroborate your story”, to hear someone else decide it did not happen. Gross. I'm not a fan of either, but her version of events from that night don't add up and the court refused to extend the protective order. Now she's spinning it as though she is always the victim and was enduring prolonged physical abuse? I thought she was trying to move past all of this yet she continues to bring it up--clearly she wants the attention. Her crazy is starting to show.

That's all fine-and-dandy but like the judge says...the evidence doesn't support her. She didn't file a police report or go to the hospital. She didn't document the abuse. She is the documented drug abuser. She lost custody of her kids. She had lapses in judgement including not paying bills and crashing her car. But she's the victim now?

This is stupid - you don't get to cry DV after the entire legal system has ruled against you - the party that is the most likely to be awarded first.

Just a reminder of her drug days - Kane and Natasha were having troubles. He said that several months ago, he came home and found their new Audi in the grass. When he asked N about it, she said she was avoiding a treebranch. He did not see a treebranch outside but he said he forgot about it. The next day he had to take the gorls somewhere and when he popped the trunk, he found a large piece of plastic from the front side passenger tire area of the car. He pressed N for an answer and she said that she hit the rock wall in front of their house. They discussed why she lied privately, he did not disclose the extent of that conversation.

Agree 100%. Like you, not a fan of either, and I’m sure he played a role in all of this as well. However, it bothers me that she won’t acknowledge her own role in this whole fiasco and continually plays the victim. Reminds me of Danni. I’m unfollowing her. Their poor girls, caught in the middle of this chaos.

She probably lied because she was afraid of his reaction. You guys should read what she posted again. "To say NO, you can’t put your hands on me" is a pretty telling statement.
