So it's okay for Kane's minions to imply all sorts of addiction and rehab issues for her but we can't discuss facts about him. That wasn't coming down on him, btw. He has issues and should be seeking help for them. Shame on you for preferring to sweep it under the rug like it doesn't exist.

DP. Where did OP “come down” on Kane for having MH issues or suggest he shouldn’t have custody of his kids because of them? He went on TV in the past and acknowledged he was receiving MH treatment (at the time). They both spoke about how his MH treatment had helped him. I hope, for the sake of the girls, he is still receiving treatment and that Natasha is receiving any treatment she may need, too.

She was never going to get full custody. Did she even ask for full custody? The legal presumption now is most often 50/50 if both parents are involved with the kids pre-divorce.

And say she did go to rehab. And he went to a mental health faculty at some point. It’s been years since the divorce. Wouldn’t they be at shared custody at this point?

From her own words. She’s been clear on her blog and IG that she doesn’t have full custody. She does have some custody, she’s never said if it’s 50/50 or something less. Part of her message months ago on why she was taking him back to court is because he is able to prevent her from seeing the girls. Not sure why, but she had a long IG post on that. Hopefully with whatever happened in court, they now have designated days that are court ordered and not something that needs to be approved by either party.

DP. One parent has to be incredibly absent, negligent or abusive for the other to get zero custody. Frankly they need that and crappy counsel or a desire to have no custody as well. Especially in Maryland.

Clearly both have the kids at times. We're know literally nothing of probative value for sure. Everything is rumour and conjecture from half vague social media crap they have done
