| Yeah, you need to tell the mom, as soon as you can. If it was me, I'd want to know, for all the reasons listed above. Something is not right in that other family's lives. If it was me, I would also call CPS to report my suspicions that someone may have molested the other little boy. Sodomizing another little boy - who was uninterested - in the closet is too big a red flag. You can report anonymously. |

| OP, I'm so glad you picked up on your son's cues and were able to talk to him in a way he felt free to share. Great job not shaming Freddy or his friend. This is definitely something not to ignore - can you meet Alex's mom (away from the kids) and let her know what happened? You might also check with your pediatrician about how to follow up with Freddy at this point. Definitely keep an eye out for any unusual behavior or preoccupations. I would call CPS anonymously. This child is being abused, more than likely, by a family member.
To the PP whose DS sucked another boy off, why didn't you report the crime to the police? OP and PP, your kids were/are victims. Don't teach them that sexual assault is ok. Rather, follow through and teach your child that they have rights. |
