Me too. I look great from my thighs up. But my legs and calves and ankles are thick and the only way I can feel skinny is to get below 120. I've done it - usually through stress, not diet and exercise. When I have been there it's so liberating. I look great in dresses and skinny jeans. Unfortunately my butt disappears and my face becomes gaunt. Can't have the bed of both worlds I guess .

This is me. All through my 20s up to now, my mid 40s, I've had people remark how thin I am. But I'm short and petite so 112-115 looks perfect on me. My body seemed to naturally settle at that range. I always realized these were compliments but it always seemed like an odd remark. Now in my mid 40s, I am mindful of creeping weight gain that happens to women, so I do 5:2 intermittent fasting for a few weeks at a time to keep my weight at 115 -117. I'm a light and healthy eater anyway, but this helps me to maintain the desired weight range at middle age.

5'3, 122 lbs, 43, size 5 (sometimes 6). Have been between 120-124 since having kids. I would say it is a challenge to maintain a good waistline and not have a muffin top. If I don't walk at least 2 miles a day, I definitely see the muffin top coming in. The good thing is, my boobs look better with weight gain- the don'tlook like a preteen.
But, that doesn't mean I am overall healthy. Looks can be deceiving. Need to do a physical every year. I get tired faster these days.

Pp is right. I'm 5'3" and 140. I could lose 5 pounds but I wouldn't want to go lower than that. I work out a lot, have a lot of muscle which weighs more, and a stocky build. I would get sick if I tried to get to 122.

I am 5'3" and currently 150 (6 months postpartum). My ideal weight would be around 125-130, but pre pregnancy I was around 140.

I'd love to shed these last ten pounds of baby weight but it's really hard while breastfeeding. I crave sweets all the time, in a way I never did before.

Range between 113-117lbs

Naked or clothed? I'm 105-110. Miserable at 110. I have issues, at 44.

I go between 111 and 115. Active, don't really count calories, but generally eat healthy during the week.

I'm at 210 down from 225.

At my fittest, when I had to walk a hilly mile to my job of lifting heavy cases of booze and kegs of beer, I weighed 150.

You don't look great. You need to lose about 20 lbs.

Female, 120lbs
And there are different body types: ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph.

Size of clothes varies since different brands doesn't always have the same measurements. If I buy at Ann Taylor Loft, size 2 will fit most of the time. If I go to Kohl's and go to their junior section, size 5 will fit. In their women section, size 2-4 will fit. If I order from Lands End, small size and size 4 will fit.

Do you exercise vigorously? I don't see how you could. I need 2000 calories a day to maintain my exercise regimen.
