| What is a normal weight for someone who is 5'3"? |
| 115. |
| I weigh 128. I'm 45 years old and very active and fit, exercise 6 days a week and watch what I eat. I lost 10 pounds a year ago (I was up to 138/140) and it made a huge difference in how I look and feel. |
| I'm 128. I look great, size 2. But I would like to lose five more. |
| 108 |
| 135, look great and feel great. |

Here's what the intwebs say:
5' 3" Normal 107 to 140 lbs. Overweight 141 to 168 lbs. Obese 169 to 220 lbs https://www.rush.edu/health-wellness/quick-guides/what-is-a-healthy-weight |
| I'm 5"3 and a half -- I cling to that half! and weigh 128. have typically been 138, but lost 10 lbs recently due to a period of grieving. Trying to keep it off through exercise mostly... I would love to stay at 125. Problem is that my clothes now do not fit! I am a size 4 or 6 depending. I feel I look good at this weight. |
| This is OP. Just wondering because I was 116 but gained some 20 pounds due to an injury (I was not able to exercise) and I feel like I look better with the extra weight. Now that I look at photos of myself at 116 (was a size 0) I feel like I looked unhealthy. |
| If you feel better and look better, than you do you, OP. |
|
I'm 110lbs at 5'4". Have gained a few pounds from my normal weight, which is 105lbs. Not exercising right now. |
| As you see, there is a range, because height isn't the whole story. If you feel healthier with the extra weight, that may be where you need to be. I'm 5'3" and would look and feel terrible at 116. I'm usually at 122. |
|
138 lb trying to get back to 125 lb.
I look great in most things and probably just need to tone up rather than lose weight, but the 10+ lb increase after illness freaked me out a bit so I'm trying to get rid of it. I haven't been under 120 lb since high school, but I also looked good then since the curves pretty much stayed the same. My face just looked thinner and better in pictures. |
| I'm 5'3 and a half and 110. Used to be 103-106 but don't have the will power anymore. |
| So much of this depends on your frame. OP, as long as you are healthy and like the way you look now, go with that. |
