I'm the 123 pp. Measurements are 34/26/35; size 2-4.

Differences in muscle mass? I'm about a half inch taller, and a 2-4 at your weight. I do have DDD/E breasts as well. When I was a 6-8, I was around 150.

I weigh 117-118 now, exercising almost every day. I feel like I look better between 112-115 (and on me, those few pounds really make a difference), but I was 105 once a few years ago after some medical issues and I looked unhealthy at that weight.

I am 5'3.5, around 148 and a size 8. I dropped from 165 (yikes) to 138 last year and have since gained back the 10. I'd LOVE to be 130 - I have a curvy frame and was really looking smoking when I lost the weight. But...love food too much.

5'3" and 165. Squeezing into my size 12s, some requiring spanx. I was about 155 pre-pregnancy, still not skinny but looked better. I originally lost all my pregnancy weight breastfeeding but gained back 10lbs since I weaned last summer.

I do want to lose weight but...I utterly lack motivation and self-discipline. And I'm depressed. It's a vicious cycle.

I'm 5'4" and this morning I weighed 134. I'm a weightlifter so I do have kind of a lot of muscle mass. I'm a size 4 in pretty much everything. I look best at 130 but I chubbed up a little over the winter.

Right now about 165. Not happy with it, am about a size 12, out of shape, not exercising. Quit drinking a while ago and subbed sugar instead. Also had a bad injury that took months to heal and prevented basically all activity. My lowest adult weight was about 140, was a size 8. Really want to get back there.

5'4.5" and 132 lbs. Size 4/6. Measurements are 35-27-35, BMI right in the middle of the healthy range for my height. I like the way I feel and look better when I'm around 128 and a small size 4, as my waist is about an inch smaller then, but I gained 5 lbs when I went on hormonal birth control last summer and can't seem to drop it. Unhappy for me is over 135, and I'd look unhealthy below 125 (I do not have a small frame - broad shoulders, big rib cage, big hands, wide feet etc.). I know I'd be pretty healthy up to about 150, but 125-135 is where I aim to be because that's where I'm happy with how I feel and look.

5'3" 123lbs. 37 yo. Measurements 35-30-39 (pear!). I exercise 5 days per week. Running, swimming, lifting. I feel great and look better than I did at 30.

115. Busy working mother, don't eat a lot of carbs/sugar. I've been as high as 140. If anything I'm a bit on the too thin side now, my face looks a bit drawn and my back looks bony. I am trying to make sure to exercise & do light hand weights so I don't get too scrawny.

138. 49y.o. DD up top. Would like to be 130. I try to exercise regularly but I have been off the wagon for a week because I haven't felt well.

138 pounds, age 40. I had my babies shortly before my 37th and 39th birthdays and am still trying to lose the baby weight from DC2 (now 16 months old...oops). I've struggled with my weight all my life and seem to have a natural set point in the 130s, but I look much better in the high teens (almost impossible to maintain) and low to mid 120s (possible but difficult to maintain). I exercise regularly and eat reasonably well in terms of calories but adore chocolate, bread, wine, cheese, craft beer, etc.
