I've been told that it's a target for the guy to aim for when he's 'finished'

Also, they're referred to as "cum catchers"

Just not worth the pain, IMO.

If you don't want to be shamed, don't do things that are shameful.

Tattoos on men are just as trashy, so I don't know why you're trying to make this about gender anyway.

Please. You know as well as I do that tramp is not used to describe men unless it's 1920 and we're talking about homeless people drifting around on trains

Besides having a tattoo is not shameful. You may not like it but is nothing to be ashamed of. I would be more ashamed of being a judgemental shrew

Having a tattoo is shameful, no matter your gender.

And frankly, the women who get them know they are called tramp stamps, so they don't have a leg to stand on if they want to still complain about being "shamed".

Watching Doctor Who gets me labeled a "nerd." Should I stop watching it?

Eating quinoa and growing my own vegetables might get me labeled "crunchy." Should I not do that?

Being assertive in my workplace might get me labeled a "bitch" (where a man would just be called "assertive"). Should I refrain from doing that?

Maybe we should be ourselves and not worry about labels.

Do what you want, but don't bitch that people refer to your tattoo as a tramp stamp.

No one with wit, physical appeal, intellect and an active sex life writes as you do, PP. Pay someone to dust off your box and relax, honey.

I have one - got it when I was 19

Tattoos are "common" and reveal is lack of class.

My niece was going to get a lower back tattoo, but went with bows on the back of her thighs. My sister freaked, but they don't show unless my niece wants them to (if she wears a skirt above the knee or bathing suit), and she's happy, so to each their own, I guess.

Anonymous wrote:Yes. I do. It is small and I like it and no one hardly ever sees it. But even if I didn't have one, the term tramp stamp is just so offensive. I hate this term, just like I hate bimbo, slut, whore, whatever. I HATE these words.

Your preferences are irrelevant. Tattoo in the small of the back = tramp stamp. Act like a stupid woman = bimbo. Sleeping around = slut. These are all negative choices and behaviors and we will judge you for them. The fact that you "hate" it doesn't matter.

You acting like a bitch = bitch.

I can "add" too. Don't get a nosebleed way up there on that high horse of yours.

I'm not a tattoo person though I have some some on others that I thought were beautiful. Whether it is slutty and all that is not something I waste energy on.
