There may have been a bet involved. Sorry! Surgeries are long and boring |

I got a lower back tattoo in 1995. It was not a "thing" or "trend" then that I was aware of. It was not called or referenced as a "tramp stamp" back then. I did not get the tattoo there so a guy would see it. I got it bc I wantez a tattoo that could be covered when necessary and more so a tattoo that could be hidden from my strict mother.
I know the name came about after I got mine but the judgement bothers me. The location doesn't necessarily say anything about the person's sex life or promiscuous nature. What I am reading is a lot of judgement towards tattoos in general and extrapolation of character and intention of tattooed individuals further. |
| Wow, you must be bothered if you are reviving a ten month-old thread on this. I don't like tattoos and I don't want one; they are not innate or natural and often demonstrate a lack of forethought. Others can do what they want. |
| Oh goody another post dripping with misogyny, mostly from women! YIPPEE! |

Willing to bet that every tattoo hater is also a holier-than-thou whiny nonsmoker, too. Is like to know how many of the people referring to women with tattoos as tramps or sluts are either having affairs or on the relationship forum asking if they should have one.

Tatoos are trashy. Do not try to rationalize them as remembering someone. You admit you "carry it in your heart", then why disfiguring yourself? It's a cry for help.
People who got tatoos are SICK. |
