They knew it was a clock, they just wanted a "broader explanation" as why he made it. In other words, they wanted him to admit that it was going to go 'into a bomb'.

If that is indeed the case - just wanted a "broader explanation" - his family is about to hit the jackpot (lawsuit). Not only did they arrest him but the school suspended him for 3 days! Wow...just crazy.

The police freely admitted this.

They didn't do it freely. No apology from Police Chief. No internal affairs Investigation. Mayor who fears Sharia law defends police actions. Irving must the asshole of Texas.

Texas has more than one asshole.

It's clear that the clock wasn't a bomb, before it was reported to the authorities. If you ask me, it sounds like it was one of the teachers who turned it into a "bomb threat" - not this bright kid.

Everything at the White House is screened on arrival.

You seem dumb.

Sometimes a clock is just a clock.

After reading a few articles about this...what really strikes me is the kid's name is out there, but the teacher, principal and arresting officers names are not list anywhere. Why do they get special treatment?

Look on JobFinder.com they're listed as unemployed.

Yeah, right, I bet you had it all figured out when you were 14-years-old.

See this is why we need enhanced interrogation techniques. Just arresting him, keeping him in isolation and refusing to let him call his parents did not make him change his story. If they could have water boarded him, it would have been a different story.

If they do sue and win, I hope as past of the settlement that they require those people to be fired.

Oh man, we're going to hear it now from the crazies who think Obama's a Muslim. Still, so glad he is doing itQ
