It's mine, not theirs, right?

How many MPG's is the "tank" getting these days?

+1

Cadillac One + 10 Suburbans + 20 Crown Victorias driven for one mile =much more pollution than one suv driven for 50 miles.

Right, so the President should travel alone in a Prius, because no matter how stupid that sounds, he must prostrate himself in order to credibly care about carbon emissions. Because security is just this unnecessary perk.

Hyperbole helps no one PP. There are plenty of steps, practical and symbolic that he could take if he wanted to

You mean like installing solar panels on the White House roof? Check.

BTW Carter put solar panels on the roof, but Reagan threw them out. What's the symbolism of that?

Jimmy Cartee and solar panels? Wow. Thanks old timer.

Yes, and also he created the program to fund oil shale extraction technologies. It's the primary reason we are ahead of other parts of the world on this.

It can cause asthma. Parents who smoke increase the likelihood than their infants will develop asthma. It can also trigger asthma attacks.

The President smokes like a chimney. I wonder if he has considered that he is the most likely cause of the asthma.

Yes yes and yes. We have kids with moderate, persistent asthma, and my husband smokes.

Their pediatric Pulmo says just smoking outside is not enough. My husband has to wear a thick coat outside when he smokes, and has to take it off and leave it outdoors before he comes in.

And no smoking in vehicles. The smoke gets into the fabric, seats, etc, and can trigger asthma.

"Airing out" a vehicle does not make the harmful substances leave, either.
