Couple things things:

Dying to know if there really is a family cabin in Maine because the missing persons search is only for NY and PA and I wonder if OP actually got a nugget of truth with "Maine"

Op here: I asked Jeff to lock the thread because of the nastiness going on. This was the second time I posted and was just curious why the PP felt the need to know my name. I said I'd update if I had any new info and I haven't yet and don't think I will for awhile.
