Law school hook up culture?

I had a similar experience. Countless couples formed in law school and are now married. It's actually a thing for the school - they even had a special Valentine's Day reception for alumni spouses last year.

About 10% of my law school class was just there for their MRS. So annoying.

A lot of these chicks have mommy and daddy footing the bill, anyway, so they have no skin in the game.

OP, if you aren't finding guys you like at your law school, you just have to date outside of it. But your schedule is so packed you may just want to give up on the idea until after your first year.

omg OP, law school is for adults. law school is NOT for your social life. meet and date people outside of law school. spend as little time as possible with fellow law students, except those in your study group or those you actually like as people.

one of the most bizarre things at my ivy law school was people really into running for law school student body leadership positions. like, flyers and everything. as if it were high school! come ON people, you're supposed to be trying to make law review, not student body president.

I was at GW in the late 90s and it was practically monastic. There were a few couples who ended up married with kids. Lots of weirdos, very few normal people.
