My oldest was just OK as a newborn and then supercute as a baby/toddler and remains really cute now as a teenager.
My youngest was very much not cute to me as a newborn or a baby and wast sorta cute as a toddler and is cuter now as an elementary aged kid. |

The cutest baby I know is Prince George.
Get this weeks issue of People magazine. He is already walking! That is one handsome little child. I promise he will be a huge heartbreaker when he gets older....He will be smokin'..... |

| We are biologically wired to find our own adorable, of course. I think my kids are cute/attractive, but I see order babies/kids who are cuter or more beautiful. No big deal. |

| My DS was not so cute for a couple of months due to a growth spurt. He looked like Stewie from Family Guy. He is cute now though! |

My daughter was gorgeous. no lie She came out perfect and was the doll of the nursery. To this day, she still receives compliments from people. my son . . . another story He was 5 lbs 8 oz and shriveled up like a raisin. He looked like an old man. VERY hard to look at, poor thing - But thankfully, he grew out of his "birth" look. People used to chastise me when I made honest comments about my son. just being truthful! |

Two of mine weee adorable.
One got mistaken for a girl all the time and was always stopped by strangers who commented how adorable he was. I think that is a sign of a beautiful boy baby, when strangers call him a beautiful little girl even when he is dressed head to toe in boy clothes. One of my kids was not at all an attractive baby except to me. Skinny, scowly, thin hair, monobrow, undersized chin and disproportionally large eyes. Now, as a kid, he is stunning. He grew into his features; his cjin grew and corrected. His oversized eyes are now intense and dramatic, with lush eyelashes that any woman would give her right arm to have. The other two, still cute but the not attractive baby has transformed into a swan. |

I think newborns look kind of ugly - they look like cranky old people. But everyone keeps telling me my nb is "so cute," even my 13y old mother's helper. She tells me so much that I am starting to believe it…lol
Actually, now that my nb is fattening up and getting more "round" I can see some cuteness emerging…. In any event, when my first was born I remember the first thing that crossed my mind once I the doctor pulled her out: "oh my god, she is so ugly!" I feel bad now for those thoughts…. |
