Is your baby the cutest baby you know?

My oldest was also a stunning newborn/baby - bright wide eyes, long eyelashes and a head full of curly hair. Strangers would frequently come up and tell me how beautiful he was, though 99% of the time he was mistaken for a girl even when he was dressed in blue from head to toe.

I remember feeling that if they'd only looked in their heart of hearts, they would agree mine was cuter.

I also remember looking back at the magical pics from those days after the magic was gone.

Bottom line, my kid is cute. He was a cute baby. One of many.

I think all babies are ugly the first few weeks

They resemble drowned rats.

A woman I knew was open enough to admit that her baby was the ugliest she had ever seen. He was not a good looking adult either.

My babies were absolutely beautiful but not the most beautiful I have ever seen. My friend's son has that distinction.

I had to check the date to see if this was an old post I wrote. This was my first, too.

My baby was not all that cute until about 6 months, and has gotten progressively cuter since then. Now as a young toddler, random strangers comment on how adorable he is nearly every time we're out. I, of course, think he's the most adorable toddler I've known. . DH and I wonder where he gets it, as neither of us is very attractive!

Both of mine are the cutest. I have occasionally seen other babies and toddlers that are as cute, I guess, but none that are cuter.

But don't all moms get stopped constantly with comments about how cute their baby is?

My baby was definitely the cutest, by far. I even tried to objectively consider other possibilities, but always came to the same conclusion.

My nephew was absolutely adorable when he was born. I legit thought he would look all scrunched up and ugly tbh, like most newborns and he did a little have the scrunched look, but my goodness, he was so cute. He was a chubby baby with beautiful eyes and strangers would always comment on him and even try to touch him.

My DS was a cute baby and is a handsome 5 year old. People comment on how he is going to be a heartbreaker.

I see some super cute kids in his pre-K. There is this one little girl who is gorgeous. She looks like a little doll.

Not all parents get stopped and not all parents are told their kids are cute. Sometimes you hear, "oh he looks like his father", or "look at all that hair"

Haha, of course! Though even I had to concede that she was a funny-looking newborn. Kinda squashed looking. But still adorable.

I remember being completely pissed that my DD didn't win the Regis and Kelly cute baby contest. Looking back I am a little more even-keeled over it. However I still think she's the prettiest in her class.

I think so. I did with all of my three.

Yes he is.

There were these 2 babies (no relation) who I thought were the cutest babies EVER. Then later, around age 2-3, I realized they remind me a little of Curious George. So I guess I like little monkey babies.
