When is it time to tell your child to make it on their own

If she is not driving yet,I wouldnt give her until August. I would set up a plan on how she will manage to go to school,get good grades,and pay for a small apartment or a place that is just enough space for one person.(Of course have her plan with you.) She has to understand she is not a kid and needs to make big decisions and move on with her life. She also can come visit you anytime but once she is out of the house,she can't come back in tears asking to move in. She needs to be an adult and see what it is like.
