He is blackmailing you. The police wouldn't write this up as a typical "auto theft" felony case because you are his spouse which will show them that you are not just some thug off the street who hotwired his vehicle, plus you are on the insurance. I say have his ass call the cops. They will just tell him to stop wasting valuable resources and time. |
