The negligent mom referred to earlier happens to be a SAHM. She spends her time on anything but her children. No one needs binoculars to see this. IDK if anyone in the neighborhood has binoculars, but perhaps they should, for the children's sake.

People who consistently fail to interact with, and constantly leave their babies and toddlers outside to fend for themselves on a regular basis, should probably not be having big broods. They can barely handle one or two or even three.

Me, too. I find it interesting that working moms are held to a much higher standard than working fathers. Heck, they're held to a much higher standard than any type of parent.
