No, OP here, I was just wondering if it was possibly the same creep that videotaped our family. Did you contact the authorities too? The incident happened at Skyland in Shenandoah National Park for us. I spoke with a friend who is in law enforcement and was told that the creeps (rare at national parks) generally stay close to the road. They are looking for easy targets.
